This is a favourite around here, but we never know what to do with the other half of the cabbage!
500 gr Italian Sausages
5 C Water
2 (14.5 oz) Cans Stewed Tomatoes with Juice
2 tsp Basil
1 pkg Dry Onion Soup
2 C Tortellini
3 C Shredded Cabbage
In a large pot over medium high heat, saute sausage until browned and crumbly (5 min).
Pour in water, tomatoes, basil, onion soup mix.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 min.
Stir in tortellini and cabbage.
Simmer until tortellini is cooked (10-15 min)
